Returns Policy
If there is a problem with the product ie: faulty product -If you have any questions or complaints about the product please contact us. You can telephone us at 01526 830029 or email us at colin@flightart.co.uk.
Damage on First Inspection -
If goods are found to be faulty on delivery, after inspection they may be returned for a replacement. If no replacement is available then monies will be refunded. Please make sure you inform us within 5 days of receipt of any faults when you inspect the goods. This policy also applies for goods deemed damaged in transit.
Please take photographs of any damaged packing (using the camera on your phone works well for this) and/or any damage on the goods.
If packaging is damaged on delivery, and If possible, it helps us if you can get the delivery agent to sign ‘goods delivered damaged' on any paper work of packaging.
Goods Returns Procedure -
Please return items to Flight Art, 7 Willow Close, Ruskington, Sleaford, Lincolnshire NG34 9GD. Please state the reason for the return and instructions of what you require, ie: Straight Exchange, Exchange for another item or a refund. We will then action your request within 3 working days should stock be available. If no stock for a particular item is held we will try to replace your item within 10 working days.
Cancelling an Order (including changing your mind) If you wish to exercise your legal right to reject products as unwanted you must either return them in person to where you bought them or post them back to us within 7 days of receiving them and always in the same condition as you received them. You are responsible for the method and cost for returning unwanted rejected goods, we suggest you use a signed for service so the parcel can be tracked and verified. Your monies will be returned via PayPal not including postage costs or Paypal fees once we have received and checked the condition of your return.
