The Final Tour - Lockheed Hercules C-130J 80x50cm

The Lockheed Hercules C-130 - an American four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft designed and built by Lockheed. Capable of using unprepared runways for takeoffs and landings, the C-130 was originally designed as a troop, medevac, and cargo transport aircraft, rugged, powerful, reliable and well-liked by its crews.

The "final tour" a nationwide flypast that received significant public attention for the remaining C-130J fleet, which was officially withdrawn from service on June 30, 2023. Seen here over RAF Waddington Lincolnshire.
